Rock and Roll Hoocheekoo!

Happy Purim

Last week was Purim, so Mom and Dad took me to temple to hear the megillah reading. Dad said all of the kids dress up so he got me a really neat costume - doctor's scrubs (as you can see)! We went to Temple Beth El with the Siegel family. There was so much noise and so many costumes. My favorite was Elmo. I tried to pet him, but Elmo just stared at me. I got to eat pointy cookies which was a real treat - Mom said they're called hamantashen. Dad said those were nothing compared to Grandma's!

On Friday, Mom had a mini Purim party for some of my friends. Adam and Ethan Greenstein came along with Adison and Max. Adam and Ethan's mommy helped Mom bake hamantashen but they didn't come out too good. (We ate them anyway!)

On Saturday we went to cousins Boden and Shayna's birthday party, and on Sunday I went to the Purim carnival at Grandma and Grandpa's synagogue. I got to show Grandma and Grandpa how well I'm walking, well running actually. It was so much fun making everyone chase me around the temple.

In the Thick of Things

Well now that I am walking around I am getting my hands on everything. As you can see, I was having a blast playing with the dirt in the plants (even Mason came to take a look). Today I tried to play with the dirt again, but the plant disappeared!  So I started shaking the plant stand in the family room and now Mom and Dad moved that too! I guess I'll just have to keep crawling up the stairs to keep them on the move!

I've got all the moves!

Playing the piano and dancing are just a few of my talents!

I went to work today

Yesterday i had a very busy day. Mom took me to Grandma's office to see where she works.  There were lots of pictures of me in Grandma's office which was fun to see.

Then it was so strange...all of these women came out of their offices to play with me.  Grandma's coworker, Sharon, had Scooby Doo figurines.  I don't know who Scooby Doo is, but Mom and Dad said they used to watch the cartoon.

Then Mom and Dad went to a dinner for Great Aunt Susan, and I had a sleep over party with Grandma and Grandpa. Grandma tried to feed me meatballs but I didn't want them. So I threw them across the kitchen (hee hee!). I think they still love me though.

This morning I went to music class with mom and decided that it's time to start talking. So when Mom was putting on her shoes I stood by the door and said "bye bye" (at least that's what mom thinks and so did Adison's mommy, Lisa.) So the rest of the day Mom kept trying to get me to say "bye bye" again. I think I'll just keep her waiting a little longer...the grunting thing is much more fun!
